We are My Swim Teacher.
We are the Data Controller (i.e. a person responsible for the processing of your personal information) in respect of all of the information which we collect and receive about you when you use our services.

We will hold contact information you provide (including but not limited to name, home address, phone number, email, date of birth) when you utilise our registration/emergency contact/medical forms or book swimming lessons.
Your payment and billing information. (presently not applicable)
We will not hold payment and billing information you provide this is held by (name of company) who takes your payment direct. (Name of company) uses their own security (email of company) please review it before you agree to make any payments.

We hold information you post on our website or on our social media websites (Facebook, Google+ and Twitter) to which we have access (including comments and reviews you post). When you post information on our website, you must not infringe the rights of others (including but not limited to, any such contribution will be offensive, derogatory, defamatory, slanderous, libellous, or breach a third party’s rights, trade mark or copyright) and you should be aware that others may use, tag and/or re-publish your information in ways that you might not expect (including in ways that are unlawful). We may collect information about classes you may like, or have been involved in. We may also hold information on interests and demographic categories inferred from your interactions with us in order to provide you a better service and to provide you with more focused information about our services.

Our website is not intended for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our website is for use of persons resident in the UK and aged 18 years old or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must ask the permission of your parent or legal guardian before entering our website. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child has given us information without permission, you can contact us to remove the information by emailing hello@myswimteacher.co.uk. In order to book lessons you will need a valid bank account debit/credit card.

If you choose to use our social media websites on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, the third-party social media website may give us certain information about you. This could include your user-name, name and email address. Your activities on our website may be posted to our social media platforms.

If you require the information we hold about you an admin fee of ten pounds (£10) is payable and we will use reasonable endeavours to supply that information within thirty (30) days of receipt of the email request.
